This is a big reason why Switchlife travel was born. I have spent 33 years in the travel industry, seen some magnificent sights, met some incredibly human worthy people from all over and lived on 5 stunning continents - I can tell you right here, right now, the journey is not over yet!

My 2nd visit to Vietnam will be with you. The presence of time, culture, humble people and peace it gives me when I touchdown, is something you actually have to experience for yourself. On this tour we will sense the flavours, culture and be exposed to elements this great country offers all its visitors.
This is a very special tour too, just quietly. I'm asking all the peri / meno-pause ladies of the globe to gather their hot flushed, sometimes overwhelmed, maybe a little forgetful and tired self to come on tour with me. To release anything that's been unrelenting, or needs a vent and to share this adventure with other midlife GenX women feeling the same and like 'this is just what I need' kind of tour!

Can you believe that in all my 33 years in travel, I have yet to visit this mystic land full of custom, tradition and deliciousness.
So, it is definitely time for wings up and departure gates.
This tour is open for everyone, singles, doubles, men, women all of you with Japan on your bucket lists too.
We will visit sites you have maybe only seen in an old travel magazine and experience what only Japan can offer and keeps sacred to the rest of the world.
An easy to get to destination, from sky reaching planes to very fast trains and on your own two feet, we will experience Japan together, and fill our buckets with midlife adventure, laughter and memories to return home with.
Don't forget too, we will fill the bellies with very, very fine food!

CAMINO TRAIL 2027
Be the Pilgrim Tour April 2027 (9 Days) from AUD$2,700pp
It's been a long time coming, I want to tick this bucket list experience off in my 60th Year. I love nothing more than a challenge and this is the perfect Happy Birthday Gift to myself! Come celebrate with me!
You may not have even heard of the Camino trail, It is in Europe and spans through 29 different countries such as Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. Smaller routes meet larger routes. The history is deep, rich, meaningful.
We will walk approximately 100km on the chosen route, known as the 'last 100km' in Spain. where all roads (trails) end at Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, in the Plaza de Obradoiro.
You will definitely need some walking time prior the trip. The route we will walk is one of the easier paths/trails, and will require pre-walk-practise.
We will meet our main luggage at the next village each day, only carrying our day packs with us. All the heavy lifting done. Imagine you being able to tick this adventure off too!
